Here at Metro Park Dental Arts, we strive to give patients in Rogers a positive experience every time they step into our office, and this starts with our fantastic team. No matter who you are or where you are in life, you’ll feel warmly welcomed by our staff, and you won’t ever feel like another number on a clipboard or name on a spreadsheet – we want to get to know you and your teeth! Our staff is also bilingual and welcomes Spanish-speaking patients. It’s our hope that our welcoming team ends up being the best part of your visit and the reason you leave with a big bright smile on your face!

Glenda, Practice Manager of Operations

Glenda

Glenda grew up in El Salvador. Over the course of her dental career, she has worked as a registered dental assistant and practice manager, and her background includes X-ray, coronal polishing, and N2O certification. There are few things she enjoys more than helping our patients get out of their dental pain and feel more confident about their smiles.

Glenda has two children: one son and one daughter. In her spare time, she likes to watch her favorite series on Netflix.

Courtney, Dental Hygienist

Courtney

A graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (where she became a member of Sigma Phi Alpha, the national dental hygiene honor society), Courtney says that the best thing about being a dental hygienist is getting to help people improve their health. It is very rewarding to provide treatment and knowledge that allows patients to thrive in the future. She also loves getting to know each individual and making connections in our community.

When she’s not in the dental clinic, Courtney loves to spend time with her friends and family. They are usually playing pickleball, cooking, watching movies, gardening, trying new restaurants, or going on walks. She admits to being a little obsessed with the holidays. She will be the person decorating a little too far in advance. Nothing makes her happier than fall candles, Halloween vibes, the Christmas spirit, and all the classic holiday movies.

Rosi, Dental Hygienist

Rosi

Rosi likes empowering our patients through education—that way, she not only helps them with their oral health while they’re in the chair, but ensures they take great care of their smiles between appointments as well! Before joining us in 2024, she graduated from Missouri Southern State University with her dental hygiene degree.

She and her husband have been married for over a decade, and they have a young son and daughter as well as two dogs, Moose and Rooster. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with them watching movies or enjoying the outdoors.

Sarah, Dental Hygienist

Sarah

Sarah is from Fayetteville, and she went to the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith for dental hygiene school. As a registered dental hygienist, she is happy to have the chance to build relationships with our patients and improve their oral and overall health.

Sarah has two dogs: a Doberman Pinscher named Leo and an Italian Greyhound named Milo. She loves spending time with them as well as her friends and family.

Raleigh, Dental Hygienist

Raleigh

A native of Kingston, Raleigh has a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. She greatly values the special bond she gets to form with our patients as a dental hygienist, and she’s always proud to help them feel more confident about their oral health.

Raleigh has an Australian Shepherd named Moose. In her spare time, she likes to attend concerts, enjoy the great outdoors, and go side-by-side riding.

Lori, Registered Dental Hygienist

Lori

Lori hails from Rogers and graduated from Missouri Southern State University with an Associate of Hygiene. She has more than three decades of dental experience and is proud to have helped so many people achieve optimal dental health.

Lori’s family includes her wonderful husband and her adult daughter. Her hobbies include flower gardening, traveling, attending college football games, and studying criminology. She also loves scuba diving; once when she was diving in Bon Aire, an octopus attached itself to her mask!

Amanda, Registered Dental Hygienist

Amanda

Originally from Arkadelphia, Amanda has had the opportunity to work in all kinds of offices over the course of her career, including pediatric and specialist practices. She has earned local anesthesia, nitrous, and laser certification. She always looks forward to forming relationships with patients and helping them find the path toward a better smile.

Amanda married the love of her life, Robby, in 2000, and they have two sons together. Outside of the office, Amanda greatly enjoys spending time with her family; her other hobbies include knitting, crocheting, and reading.

Natalie, Hygiene Assistant

Natalie

Natalie is a native of Springdale and a graduate of NorthWest Arkansas Community College. She went to Petra Allied Health, Inc. for dental assisting school. She prides herself in helping all of our patients get the care and treatment that they deserve.

Natalie has two siblings and three dogs. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with her family. She also has a love of crafting.

Leslie, Dental Assistant

Leslie

Leslie is from Noel, and her dental education comes from Petra Allied Health, Inc. To better serve our patients, she has certification in nitrous oxide and coronal polishing. Seeing how our patients’ smiles change for the better is one of her favorite parts of the job.

Leslie has a brother and a sister close in age. When she’s not at work, she can often be found doing her nails, going to the gym, and traveling. A fun fact about her is that she has the same birthday as her mother, and she was even born in the same town!

Selena, Dental Assistant

Selena

Hailing from Los Angeles, Selena gained her dental education through Petra Allied Health, Inc., and she is currently enrolled at NorthWest Arkansas Community College. She is bilingual, and her dental qualifications include dental radiography as well as coronal polishing. She’s proud to be part of a healthcare team that directly improves people’s lives. She always enjoys seeing the way that dental work can help her patients feel more confident about themselves.

When she has spare time, Selena likes to go to the gym; she sees being active as an important step for bettering her mental health. She also enjoys traveling and attending concerts.

Mayerling, Dental Assistant

Mayerling

Mayerling is from Centerton, and she has more than 25 years of experience in the dental field. She has been a part of the Metro Park Dental Arts team for many years now, and she continues to love helping people smile while also getting them out of their pain.

Mayerling has enjoyed well over 35 years of marriage. She has three children, all of whom are grown and married. Outside of the office, she likes going to church, watching movies, gardening, and cooking.

Kimberlie, Dental Assistant

Kimberlie

Hailing from Alexandria, Kimberlie has spent many years in the dental field, and she has experience working in private practice, corporate, non-profit, and volunteer dentistry. She says that the best part of her job is everyone’s smiles.

Kimberlie’s family includes her husband, her two sons, her two daughters, and her three dogs. When she has a chance, she enjoys crafting, hiking, going to concerts and comedy shows, playing with her dogs, and having family cookouts. One interesting thing about her is that both of her parents were in the military.

Tracy, Registered Dental Assistant

Tracy

Tracy hails from Lowell, and she went through Accelerated Dental Assisting Academy. Her qualifications include certification for X-rays, coronal polishing, and nitrous oxide administration. She is thankful to have the chance to connect with such a diverse range of people.

Tracy has a Blue Nose Bully; she began raising him when he was just six weeks old. Her hobbies outside of work include mountain biking, rock collecting, playing video games, and trying different kinds of foods.

Jacqueline, Registered Dental Assistant

Jacqueline

Jacqueline comes from Dallas. Ever since becoming certified, she has been part of the Metro Park Dental Arts team. She’s happy to be able to help our patients and strives to ensure that they feel truly satisfied once they leave our office.

Jacqueline has a daughter who loves playing outside. Outside of the office, Jacqueline greatly enjoys having the chance to spend time with her family. She also loves going to festivals.

Amy, Business Assistant/ Dental Assistant

Amy

Amy is from Lowell, and she has more than a decade’s worth of experience working as a dental assistant in private practices. She eventually transitioned to a business assistant role at our office. She’s fascinated to see how dentistry can change a person’s life for the better.

Amy’s family is originally from Mexico; they moved to the NW area in 1997. She makes a point of spending as much time as she can with her kids, her husband, and the rest of her family. She also has a love of cooking and shopping.

Johnny, Dental Assistant

Johnny

Johnny is all about forming connections and lasting bonds with our patients so they see a familiar, friendly face each time they visit us. He completed his dental training through Petra Allied Health and is originally from Springdale.

Johnny is the oldest of three, and when he isn’t spending quality time with his family or four dogs (two inside dogs and two outside dogs), you’ll find him exercising, watching football, or making sure his fantasy football team is #1.

Isai, Business Assistant

Isai

Isai’s hometown is Centerton, and he attended the NorthWest Arkansas Community College. He’s happy to have a job where he’s able to help people by facilitating the means for them to improve their oral health.

Isai is married to his wife Dayana. His family also includes his father Miguel, his mother Mayerling, his brother Alan, and his sister Kimberly. Outside of work, he’s an avid musician. He has been playing the piano since he was 10 years old; in fact, he won his first pro-level piano recital when he was 14! His other interests include cooking and exploring nature.

Hayley, Business Assistant

Hayley

Hailing from Springdale, Hayley is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas. She has experience working on the front side of dentistry, and she has plenty of knowledge regarding dental insurance. She’s thankful to have the chance to work alongside such an amazing group of people.

Hayley has lots of family in the local area, and she spends quite a lot of time with them. She also has a husband, and they often go on trips together. Hayley’s hobbies outside of the office include gardening, painting, and baking.

Ingrid, Business Assistant

Ingrid

Hailing from Caracas, Ingrid’s dental background consists of her hard-earned real-world experience. Her favorite part of being a business assistant at our practice is that she gets to work with so many great people.

Ingrid has a supportive husband, two children, and six furry babies. A fun fact about her is that she is a mountain bike coach, and she’s able to provide coaching in two languages!

Jennifer, Business Assistant

Jennifer

Jennifer is a proud graduate of the University of Arkansas, and she has been with the Metro Park Dental Arts team for well over a decade. She’s proud to be able to help patients gain a better understanding of their insurance benefits in order to make the care they deserve more affordable.

Jennifer’s family includes her husband and two fur babies. Her interests outside of the office include baking, shopping, and bible studies.

Anna, Business Assistant

Anna

Anna is proud to call De Queen her hometown. She attended the University of Arkansas Rich Mountain, and today she is proud to be working with the Metro Park Dental Arts team as a dental assistant. She’s glad to have a chance to help people with their beautiful smiles.

Anna is a single mom of two: Chris and Toree. She also has a son-in-law named Jakob, a dog named Gracie, and a cat named Bella. Her interests outside of dentistry include cooking, fashion, and traveling.
