Veneers are thin shells made from porcelain that can be bonded to the outer surfaces of teeth using a special etching method – and while this does require some alteration of your existing enamel, it’s safe, painless, and incredibly worthwhile. Metal-Free Restorations

In the past, a material called metal amalgam was frequently used for filling cavities and creating dental crowns and other types of restorations. As durable as this material is, due to its silvery/gray color, it tends to stick out like a sore thumb compared to natural teeth. We’re thrilled to offer an alternative to these metal fillings that’s much more aesthetically pleasing and still offers all of the same practical benefits. These metal-free fillings can last for several years and also allow you to beam with confidence!

Cosmetic Bonding

Cosmetic bonding is one of the most versatile treatments that we offer here in our Rogers office, capable of addressing a wide range of issues including chipped or cracked teeth, misshapen teeth, stubborn stains, and more. Better yet, it can be performed in a single appointment! It involves us applying a small amount of composite resin to the teeth and molding and masking it over flaws as needed before hardening it under a curing light. This material can be shaded to match your natural teeth and can last for several years before needing to be reapplied.

Teeth Whitening

If your teeth seem a little duller than they used to, you may be wondering if there’s a way to target areas of discoloration and brighten your smile tenfold – and there is! Our practice is excited to offer two different methods of teeth whitening: Zoom! in-office whitening, and Opalescence take-home whitening kits. Both of these options are capable of achieving dazzling results; however, each has varying timelines and particular advantages, so don’t hesitate to speak with us about your smile goals and preferences so we can plan out a treatment that works for you!

Gum Recontouring/Crown Lengthening

It’s not uncommon for patients to have what’s referred to as a “gummy smile,” which means they have excess gum tissue covering up more of their crowns (chewing surfaces of teeth) than usual. Needless to say, this can lead to confidence issues, but what’s worse is that it also heightens the chances of certain oral health issues like tooth decay and gum disease. We can use our diode soft tissue laser to gently reshape your gumline and remove this tissue as needed, revealing more of your teeth’s crowns and lessening the likelihood of future problems.
